I first tried this honey in Hawaii (in my coffee) and now I won’t use any other honey. It has a lovely sweet taste but not gaggy sweet, subtle flavor that adds to but doesn’t drastically change the flavor of what you add it to. I go way out of my way to find this honey. Great in oats too.
