The difference between the Universal Wiring Kit (TPWKIT-013) and the Universal Extended Wiring Kit (TPWKIT-014) is the Universal Extended Wiring Kit (014) kit comes with a longer power harness for the increased cable run to the start battery. Please see picture below to aid in your decision. Note that if you are unsure, get the TPWKIT-014 kit as this will give you more cable to work with in your installation.
