This EZ lube washer is designed to fit on a 1″ D-Shaped EZ lube trailer axle. Simply bend one of the tabs over into one of the slots of the castle axle nut once you have proper bearing adjustment. This is what holds the castle nut in place and keeps it from backing off. EZ lube applications do not use a cotter pin.
